Module 2 People and Operations Management

Module 3 External Influences and Objectives & Strategy

January-June

We hope to have visits out during this time.  In the past we have been to Prague to look at different methods of production.

Both of these Modules are covered by 2 one hour papers that are based on a pre-issued case study.

Unit 2 checklist

Unit 3 checklist

The case study is lengthy and needs to be well understood by students.  We encourage them to produce a time-line of the key events, a SWOT analysis and consider the key characteristics of the business in question.
