Module
2 People and Operations Management Module
3 External Influences and Objectives & Strategy |
January-June |
We
hope to have visits out during this time.
In the past we have been to Prague to look at different methods of
production. Both
of these Modules are covered by 2 one hour papers that are based on a
pre-issued case study. |
The case study is lengthy and
needs to be well understood by students.
We encourage them to produce a time-line of the key events, a SWOT analysis and
consider the key
characteristics of the business in question. |
