Funding – three applications for trip funding received	£500 Agreed for each group. RGR to contact departments with contact details. JDO to issue cheques.	RGR, JDO
Update	Kiln and pianos bought form La Sagesse. It was agreed that FoRCS would cover cost of pianos too. RGR to send details to JDO who will issue cheques.	RGR, JDO
York Trip	Staff to be notified of trip and poster distributed. 39 places confirmed, 8 possible and therefore 10 places remain free.
Christmas Fair	Everyone to begin asking for donations. Letter found on website. Grand draw tickets to be ordered (SWI). Posters to be made (RGR). Bouncy castle – to look into possible sources.	SWI, RGR and FoRCS
AOB	Look into block booking of buses
