Funding – three applications for funding received |
Climbing Wall – FoRCS interested in more detailed
quotes and undertaking from school to pay for training/inspection/upkeep/insurance.Camping
equipment – grant for First Aid and “resus. Annie” equipment, not tents, etc. Y7 Hawkhurst visits – consider again in January as
agreed last meeting. SWI to relay info back to JED |

Christmas Fair |
Last year’s stallholders
contacted, good interest shown. All (esp. Evelyn!) agreed to collect donations for
stalls. Bouncy castle will cost £40. Agreed to book one, check room size next
meeting, we must supervise. Draw – agreed to order 1000 tickets, as long as cost
same or less than last year. Letter to students and reminders to start before Half
term. |
