Matters Arising

1. The site vehicle is now on site and being used by Site Management team – pictures were greeted excitedly.

2. £2030 clear profit was raised at the Christmas Fair and thanks were given to all who helped.  Detailed notes on what was successful or otherwise were made to be kept in the Planning File for next year.  Also way of contacting past students who now have businesses – stalls or advertising?  Use Ryton Issue.

3.  Agreed to send thanks to Evellynn Campbell for all of the service she’s given to FoRCS

4. Climbing Wall – slow progress with survey as drawings not adequate from Council.  Second contact awaited for quote.  Three others mentioned to be pursued before next meeting.

FoRCS will decide on support for cost of feasibility studies once “free” options exhausted at 3rd March mtg.
