unanimously elected Chair Judith Donaldson agreed to
continue as Treasurer Steve Williamson agreed to
continue as Secretary. |

JD presented financial
report for the year 2008-2009. There
is a closing balance of £22,865.84 Chair thanked JD for her
work. Noted good control of costs for
Christmas air and our concern about this year’s event in current climate. |

Wall Update |
SW reported on progress
made – two firms have quoted for two different systems. Work needs to be commissioned soon to be
installed over Summer Holiday. FoRCS considered information and agreed to donate £11,000
towards cost of more expensive (but more flexible) option. |
