stall layout – some significant gaps – contact past stall holders Difficulty of cake stall
discussed – supplement by purchase/FoRCS contribution Refreshments – much left
from show. Simplify offer to avoid hot

bakery products. Santas grotto – book Santa
for 12.45pm, clarified admission price, approach BM shop, Blaydon for deal on
selection box gifts. Army climbing wall
available? Agreed need to lay out
goods before Friday to judge gaps and make shopping list. Meet 6-7pm Thursday 26th
November Hall open
to FoRCS from 1pm on Friday 27th for setting up. |
