Summer Festival raised
£5000. Costs are reducing due to
purchase of kit so less hire costs. TH thanked FoRCS for support of Secondary Review activities and other
purchases and presented a summary of expenditure. |

£100 and Textiles £100 towards supporting costs. AGREED to support Toddlers

Christmas and difficulty of getting donations. All to start enquiring about this. Letter available from
website for donations from traders and application form for stallholders. DM offered to create flier Dave Burr to be invited as
Santa again LE (?) suggested temp.ice rink and AGREED CW to ring Emmaville
and check availability Build-a-Bear found no
escape! CR to offer something TBA Pinkies nail and beauty v
