Review of activities 2009-2010	Thanks to all for efforts with the various events. York Trip – run next year 13/11/10 Attendance – sign up at Y6 evening positive but core group emerged since November. Email reminders one week prior, meeting date cards and use of new text messaging technology. Use Ryton Issue. Follow up those who could not continue involvement. Applications for Funding	News of a request to support volunteer students for Ryton2Ethiopia – agreed in principle to £150 pending receipt of full application.
AOB	Election of Officers: Dave resigned as Chair and was thanked for his serice. Will continue as member. DM nominated and unanimously elected as Chair. SW agreed to continue as Secretary. No nominees/volunteers received for Treasurer – JD to be asked to continue.	SWI	5/5/10
