Applications for Funding

Scratty Patch Gardening Club.  AGREED £60 donation but also suggested donations in kind.

 

EcoSchools Group tree planting project.  AGREED £100 donation towards cost of coach.

 

Delhi volunteering project.  Felt that this was a fantastic project but involved one person about to leave the school and therefore didn’t meet the criteria of benfiting as many students in the school as possible.

Summer Fair

Began discussing FoRCS involvement.  If no student or parent group is helping as a Ryton2Ethiopia group, FoRCS may need to do more.  AGREED to invite Richard and students to next meeting 17/5/11

Further discussion of pros and cons of running bar ourselves and split between R2E and FoRCS needs agreement.
