RGr gave new FORCS members an overview
of the festival. Main
Stage still needed. D Marrs may have sourced a

Hire sorted. FORCS
asked to help find more Stalls/Stallholders, distribute posters & flyers
and to sell tickets. Visits
to Primary schools to advertise event. AGREED that FORCS will sell Pizza & Soft
Drinks. D Marrs to check availability of absent FORCs members to
volunteer for marshalling at event. |

Donaldson to hand over the role of Treasurer. SWi
proposes formal thanks to Judith for her work. D Marrs proposes Lee Storey to take on Treasurers role. D
Campbell seconds. Unanimous vote. Discussion
of new names for FORCS to reflect school name change. AGREED to go with The Friends Group. D Marrs outlines benefits to becoming member of NCPTA. D
Marrs proposes joining. SWi seconds. Need
for more meetings discussed. Proposal to go from 6 to 8 meetings p.a. Swi advises he may not be able to attend all. New pattern
of meetings to be drawn up. FORCS/The
Friends group facebook page discussed. D Marrs to set up, trial and monitor it. 23rd
June New Intake Evening. Who can attend and promote Forcs,
to be discussed at next meeting. |
