Winter Fair

General feedback was good. Need more time to prepare, so a swifter approach will be taken from September meeting.

RG to approach RCS with regard to moving the date back one week.

 

 

Fashion show

This event is not going to happen on Feb 28th . Potentially going to happen in May under the name of Technology fair at which FoRCS may wish to run a bar. To be discussed at later date.

 

 

Race Night

It was agreed that we would have a Race Night – PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE – on March 23rd. RGr to find out detail and email to FoRSC. Full details of evening can be seen at by clicking here.

Antiques Roadshow

It was agreed that we would have a Antiques Roadshow night on April 30th. ELa to email FoRSC with any further details. Details of evening as discussed can be seen at by clicking here.

 

 

Summer Festival

It was agreed that FoRCS would have a chocolate fountain stall at the Ryton Summer Festival 07.

RGR invited interest from any member of the group who might like to attend a licensing course (for the sale pf alcohol). If no interest is expressed by any member of the group RGR will attend the course.

Noel and Edna Lathan informed FoRCS of their intention to stand down as chair and treasurer of FoRCS as of  . The group expressed their gratitude for the all the hard work that they had put in over the years.
