·        Winter Fair Date has been changed to Saturday 24th November 2007

·        Fashion Show has been cancelled

·        Summer Festival is on Saturday 30th June 2007. Chocolate Fountain will be there.

·        Edna & Noel Latham will stand down at the AGM which will be held on the 8th May 2007.

·         Dave Campbell will attend the Licensing Course

Antiques Roadshow

Julian Thompson from Anderson & Garland will need about 60 items to assess. Edna will supply cheese and Richard will organise the Posters. Julie and Kim will supply alcohol from the Race Night.

Drama Studio, discussion took place about the £20,000 that was earmarked for it as no one has come forward for the money. There could be a need for a new Mini Bus. There is approximately £30,000 in the Bank.

Thank you letters were sent to the businesses for the Winter Fair.
