Entry Requirements for post 16 courses

1. Student must have achieved 5 A* to C grades in at least 5 different GCSE subject areas (not including BTEC or DiDA).

2. Student must have achieved 5 A* to C grades in at least 4 different subject areas ( * see note below).

3. Student must have achieved B or higher in this subject at key stage 4.

4. Student must have achieved C or higher in this subject at key stage 4.

5. If a student did not study this subject at key stage 4 then they must achieve a B in a related subject.

* Note: What do BTEC and DiDA qualifications count as?

For the purpose of point 2:

- A pass or higher in a BTEC subject counts as a 2 C grades in 1 subject area

- A pass or higher in ICT CiDA counts as a 2 C grades in 1 subject area.
