Minutes from last meeting (2^nd May)were read by Mrs Hitchenes.
Eco Schools Craig Haugh did a talk and powerpoint presentation about the eco-schools project, inviting more students to become involved. Bronze/Silver and Green flag status. There are 4 mains roles for students to do as part of the action team: Chair Deputy Chair Treasurer Secretary Students need to devise a “job description” and a “person specification” for each role and the roles need to be advertised to students, probably via an assembly.	Responsibility for job descriptions: Chair – Craig Deputy chair – Alex Treasurer – Heaven Secretary – Jordan White Students to see Mr Wright at lunchtime. Students can see Mrs Hitchenes for any help with job descriptions Heaven, Craig and Jordan are prepared to do the assembly. Posters will be done to advertise the jobs.	ASAP
School Council Conference As discussed earlier in the year, the school council will be off timetable for a one day conference. This will be on Wed 2^nd July 2008. Mrs Hitchenes outlined a draft programme: a.m.: Invite outside agencies eg GYA or ESSA and work on elections for Sept. p.m. Meet with LT. Buffet lunch to be organised.	. Mrs Hitchenes to contact LT to work on programme for p.m. Mrs Hitchenes with kitchen	asap asap
Enterprise Money Miss Hardy has offered school council £ 500 to be spent or allocated before end of summer term. Ideas were discussed e.g. smoke alarms/roof for bike sheds NEXT MEETING WILL BE SUMMER CONFERENCE 2^ND JULY	More discussion at July conference.
